Clients may make modifications or cancel their appointment up until 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Clients also need to confirm their appointment 48 hours prior to their appointment, or it may be cancelled.

Please note that a deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. In the event of a cancellation after the 72-hour deadline, or a NO-SHOW, this deposit will be forfeited and will not be credited towards future treatments.

NEW Clients for PMU Permanent Make-Up will require
A $100 booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your treatment at your visit.

Please note the following terms:

If you cancel within 72 hours of your PMU appointment, the booking fee is forfeited.

Before your PMU appointment, you will complete a virtual pre-assessment to receive an overview of recommended treatments and the associated investment.

If you complete the pre-assessment but choose not to proceed, $50 will be refunded, while $50 is retained for the time and expertise provided in the pre-assessment.
